Visualized Lower Chest: Within normal limits.
Liver: Normal size and attenuation. No focal lesions.
Biliary System: Gallbladder and bile ducts are normal. No cholelithiasis or cholecystitis.
Pancreas: Normal size and attenuation. No focal lesions or ductal dilatation.
Spleen: Normal size and enhancement. No focal lesions.
Adrenal Glands: Normal size and attenuation bilaterally.
Kidneys: Bilateral kidneys are normal in size and attenuation with symmetric enhancement. No hydronephrosis, stones, or focal lesions.
Bladder: Bladder is normal in size and contour with normal wall thickness.
Bowel: Small and large bowel loops are normal in caliber without evidence of obstruction or wall thickening.
Appendix: Appendix is normal.
Mesentery: Mesentery is unremarkable without evidence of stranding or abnormal lymph nodes.
Peritoneum: No free fluid or peritoneal abnormalities.
Vascular Structures: Aorta and major vessels are normal in caliber without evidence of aneurysm or dissection.
Retroperitoneum: Retroperitoneal fat is unremarkable without abnormal lymph nodes or masses.
Pelvis: Pelvic organs and structures are within normal limits.
Soft Tissues: Abdominal and pelvic soft tissues are unremarkable.
Osseous Structures: Visualized osseous structures are intact without acute fracture or lytic/sclerotic lesions.

Impression

No acute abdominal or pelvic pathology.
