Technique

Standard radiographic views of the orbits were obtained, including PA (Caldwell), Waters, and Lateral projections.

Findings

Bones: The orbital rims and walls are intact. No acute fractures or osseous abnormalities are identified. The superior orbital fissures and optic canals appear symmetric. Foreign Bodies: No intraorbital radiopaque foreign bodies are visualized. Sinuses: The visualized paranasal sinuses are clear. Soft Tissues: No preseptal or postseptal soft tissue swelling or emphysema.

Impression

1. No radiographic evidence of acute orbital fracture. 2. No intraorbital radiopaque foreign body identified.
