Brain Parenchyma: The cerebral hemispheres are symmetric with no focal areas of abnormal attenuation. Gray-white matter differentiation is preserved.
Intracranial Hemorrhage: No intracranial hemorrhage is identified.
Mass or Neoplasm: No intracranial mass is identified.
Ventricular System: The lateral ventricles are normal in size and configuration. The third and fourth ventricles are patent and unremarkable.
Sulci and Cisterns: The cortical sulci and basal cisterns are preserved and unremarkable.
Midline Structures: The midline structures are normal without evidence of shift.
Skull and Calvarium: The skull is intact without fracture.
Sinuses and Mastoids: The paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear and well-aerated.
Extra-axial Spaces: No subdural, epidural, or subarachnoid fluid collections are identified.
