Clinical History
Patient-specific — populated from user input at report time. Shows "None" if not provided.
Comparison
No prior studies available for comparison.
Technique
Non-contrast CT imaging of the head was performed.
Findings
The brain parenchyma is unremarkable. No acute intracranial abnormality identified.
Brain Parenchyma:
The cerebral hemispheres are symmetric with no focal areas of abnormal attenuation. Gray-white matter differentiation is preserved.
Intracranial Hemorrhage:
No intracranial hemorrhage is identified.
Mass or Neoplasm:
No intracranial mass is identified.
Ventricular System:
The lateral ventricles are normal in size and configuration. The third and fourth ventricles are patent and unremarkable.
Sulci and Cisterns:
The cortical sulci and basal cisterns are preserved and unremarkable.
Midline Structures:
The midline structures are normal without evidence of shift.
Skull and Calvarium:
The skull is intact without fracture.
Sinuses and Mastoids:
The paranasal sinuses and mastoid air cells are clear and well-aerated.
Extra-axial Spaces:
No subdural, epidural, or subarachnoid fluid collections are identified.
Impression
Non-contrast CT of the head is normal. No acute intracranial hemorrhage, mass, or other significant abnormality.
