Technique
Axial images were obtained through the left hip without intravenous contrast. Coronal and sagittal reformations were performed.
Findings
No acute fracture or dislocation is identified.
Acetabulum:
The acetabulum is intact without acute fracture.
Left Femoral Head and Neck:
The left femoral head and neck are intact without acute fracture.
Proximal Femur:
The intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric regions of the proximal left femur are intact.
Hip Alignment:
The left hip is normally located without evidence of dislocation or subluxation.
Articular Surfaces:
The articular surfaces are maintained. No large osteophyte or subchondral cyst is identified.
Surrounding Soft Tissues:
The visualized musculature and soft tissues are unremarkable.
Impression
No acute fracture or dislocation of the left hip.
