Structured template for upper extremity arterial duplex ultrasound studies with Doppler assessment

Last updated:

Title

Upper Extremity Arterial Duplex Ultrasound

Clinical History

Patient-specific — populated from user input at report time. Shows "None" if not provided.

Comparison

No prior studies available for comparison.

Technique

Multiple grayscale, pulse wave and color Doppler images were obtained of the upper extremity arterial system.

Findings

Evaluation of the upper extremity arterial system demonstrates normal antegrade flow throughout.
Subclavian Artery: Normal antegrade color flow and pulse waves with no evidence of thrombosis, occlusion, or significant stenosis.
Axillary Artery: Normal antegrade color flow and pulse waves with no evidence of thrombosis, occlusion, or significant stenosis.
Brachial Artery: Normal antegrade color flow and pulse waves with no evidence of thrombosis, occlusion, or significant stenosis.
Radial Artery: Normal antegrade color flow and pulse waves with no evidence of thrombosis, occlusion, or significant stenosis.
Ulnar Artery: Normal antegrade color flow and pulse waves with no evidence of thrombosis, occlusion, or significant stenosis.
Peak Systolic Velocities: Peak systolic velocities are within normal limits for all arterial segments.

Impression

Normal upper extremity arterial duplex ultrasound.
