Title
Pelvic Ultrasound
Clinical History
Patient-specific — populated from user input at report time. Shows "None" if not provided.
Comparison
No prior studies available for comparison.
Technique
Multiplanar grayscale and color Doppler ultrasound images are obtained of the uterus and pelvic adnexa via transabdominal and transvaginal approach.
Findings
Evaluation of the pelvis is performed with multiplanar imaging via both transabdominal and transvaginal approaches.
Uterus - Transabdominal:
The uterus is normal in size and contour with no focal masses identified. The central endometrial echo is normal.
Right Ovary - Transabdominal:
The right ovary is normal in size with normal follicular structures and no focal masses.
Left Ovary - Transabdominal:
The left ovary is normal in size with normal follicular structures and no focal masses.
Adnexal Doppler - Transabdominal:
Normal color Doppler flow is demonstrated in the adnexa bilaterally.
Uterus - Transvaginal:
The uterus is normal in size and contour with no focal masses identified. The central endometrial echo is normal.
Right Ovary - Transvaginal:
The right ovary is normal in size with normal follicular structures and no focal masses.
Left Ovary - Transvaginal:
The left ovary is normal in size with normal follicular structures and no focal masses.
Adnexal Doppler - Transvaginal:
Normal color Doppler flow is demonstrated in the adnexa bilaterally.
Urinary Bladder:
Limited views provided of the urinary bladder are unremarkable.
Free Fluid:
No free intra-abdominal or pelvic fluid is visualized.
Impression
Normal pelvic ultrasound.
