Title
Scrotal Ultrasound
Clinical History
Patient-specific — populated from user input at report time. Shows "None" if not provided.
Comparison
No prior studies available for comparison.
Technique
Multiplanar grayscale and color Doppler ultrasonographic images of the scrotum are obtained. Intratesticular arterial pulse wave images are provided.
Findings
Normal scrotal examination with bilateral testicular and epididymal structures.
Right Testis:
The right testis demonstrates normal homogeneous echotexture with no evidence of intratesticular masses.
Left Testis:
The left testis demonstrates normal homogeneous echotexture with no evidence of intratesticular masses.
Testicular Doppler Flow:
Both testes demonstrate normal, grossly symmetric color Doppler flow with normal intratesticular arterial waveforms.
Right Epididymis:
The right epididymis is normal in appearance.
Left Epididymis:
The left epididymis is normal in appearance.
Hydrocele:
There is no evidence of hydrocele.
Spermatocele and Varicocele:
No spermatocele or varicocele is identified.
Impression
Normal scrotal ultrasound.
