Cerebral Parenchyma: The cerebral parenchyma is normal without evidence of focal lesions, hemorrhage, or abnormal echotexture.
Ventricular System: The lateral ventricles, third ventricle, and fourth ventricle are normal in size and configuration without evidence of dilatation or structural abnormalities.
Intracranial Hemorrhage: No evidence of intracranial hemorrhage.
Congenital Anomalies: No evidence of congenital anomalies.
Intracranial Calcifications: No intracranial calcifications identified.
Extra-axial Fluid Space: No significant widening of the extra-axial fluid space.
Midline Structures: Midline structures including the falx cerebri and tentorium cerebelli are normally positioned.
Posterior Fossa: The posterior fossa structures including the cerebellum and brainstem are normal in appearance and position.
