Findings

Bones: The [SIDE] clavicle is intact without acute fracture or cortical disruption. The visualized portions of the scapula and proximal humerus are unremarkable. Joints: The [SIDE] acromioclavicular (AC) and sternoclavicular (SC) joints are anatomically aligned. No widening or subluxation. Soft Tissues: No significant surrounding soft tissue swelling or opacities. Lungs: Visualized apical lung clear.

Impression

1. No acute fracture of the [SIDE] clavicle. 2. Anatomical alignment of the AC joint.
